Customer Reviews
Pretty chill race day
So I decided to try the Cache Valley Ultra this year. Signing up online was no biggie, just clicked through a few screens. Race day itself was pretty chill. Everything was where it was supposed to be, and the volunteers were super helpful. The course was tough but in a good way, you know? Got my medal and a finisher shirt. Felt good after. Would probably do another one of their races.
Quick registration, good race
Signed up for the Spring Canyon Triathlon. Registration was fast. Race was well-organized. Good experience overall.
Decent value, small issue
I registered for an Olympic distance triathlon with TriUtah. The registration process was smooth, and the early bird discount made it feel like a good value compared to other events. The communication leading up to the race was clear and helpful. My only minor gripe was that the race packet pickup line was a bit long, even though I arrived during the suggested off-peak time. Otherwise, the event itself was well-executed, and I appreciated the clear course markings. Solid choice, just plan for a wait at pickup.
Always a good experience
I've signed up for a few TriUtah races over the years, including the Echo Triathlon and Jordanelle. This time I registered for the Bear Lake Brawl. It's always a consistent process. The website is easy to navigate, and registration through RunSignUp is straightforward every time. No surprises, which is what I like. I keep coming back because their events are well-organized and reliable.
Smooth process, good support
I registered for the Women of Steel Triathlon, an Olympic distance race, a couple of months back. The online registration was clear, and I got a confirmation email right away. A week before the event, I had a question about wetsuit rentals, so I emailed customer support. They got back to me within 24 hours with all the info I needed. Packet pickup at the expo was quick, and the race day itself was well-managed. The course was clearly marked, and there were plenty of volunteers. The finisher shirt was decent quality too. Overall, a really positive experience from start to finish.

Is it mandatory to have USAT insurance for their triathlons? I'm not a member right now.
My tri club has a bunch of us signing up. Do they offer group discounts if we register together?
Hey, thinking about signing up for the Jordanelle race. Are there usually any early bird discounts for next year's events?
I'm looking at the Bear Lake Brawl. Can you use a coupon code for that one, or is it usually excluded from promotions?
What's the deal with wetsuits for the swim? Are they mandatory for all their races?
Anyone know how their refund policy is? Just in case something comes up and I can't make the race.
Do they offer any kind of military discount? My husband is active duty.
I'm a total beginner. Are the TriUtah events generally beginner-friendly or more for experienced athletes?
